Return Process
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact.vartastee@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
For other returns or exchanges, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate the process. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. You can request a return or exchange through our website or email.
🔹 Non-returnable items: Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
🔹 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. To arrange an exchange, email us at contact.vartastee@gmail.com and send the item to our return address.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.
- If it was not a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
