• 2D Printed Items: Processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
• 3D Printed Items: Processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

Shipping Times

• 2D Printed Items: Estimated delivery within 4-6 business days.
• 3D Printed Items: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, reducing delivery time by 1-2 days.

Please note: While we work to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays or rare losses may occur due to local postal services.

Delivery Assurance

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or a refund.
